Parceled is a US property data platform built for developers and AI agents. It collects parcel, tax assessor, permit, zoning, building and hail data from thousands of public sources, links everything to a single parcel record, and serves it through an MCP server, REST and GraphQL APIs and hosted vector tiles, priced per field that returns data. Parceled also powers Hail Pro, a roofing app for contractors.

## Where does Parceled's data come from?

| Dataset | Primary sources |
| --- | --- |
| Parcels, owners, assessor attributes | County (and township) assessor and GIS offices; recorder offices for sales |
| Building permits | City and county building-department permit portals |
| Zoning | Municipal and county zoning GIS layers |
| Building codes | Adopted code editions and amendments published by jurisdictions |
| Hail history | NOAA MRMS Maximum Estimated Size of Hail (MESH) radar product |
| Historic designations | National Register of Historic Places and local landmark lists |

## How is the data processed?

- Each source is mapped to one normalized schema, so a field means the same thing in every county.
- Permits, zoning, buildings and hail are linked spatially to the parcel they belong to.
- Every parcel keeps both the county parcel number and a stable Parceled ID that survives county renumbering.
- Sources refresh on rolling schedules: hail every 30 minutes, many permit portals daily, assessor rolls as counties publish them.
